The Village hidden in The Thunder

This village high up on the mountains has gotten a new type of cloud. Thunder, it is nearly constantly thundering at the village, the light flashes and clashing sounds make it the city to stay up in. Also getting it's name as the flashing village, the light flashes make the terrain hard to navagate for those who don't know it.
