The Village hidden in The Typhoon

This village used to be surrounded by a mist, but recently the change in climate has made the waters around the country very dangerous. Thus making Typhoons about five miles apart, this had an effect on the people, as they have very few times for fishing. Also the jutsu have evolved to fit the new dangerous style of the village.
